We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, you can contact us for a refund within 14 days after purchase (14 days for early-bird LTD campaign). We will be happy to refund the entire amount.

If you faced any issue with our plugin or found any bug, We request you to contact our support team. Our team will help you to fix any issue you faced and update the plugin within next update. Also you can check our documentation

Refund will be given if:

• Item support is promised but not provided.
• Items that have not been downloaded.
• Item has a security vulnerability.

• Refunds are not eligible if you generate more than 3 articles, 3 social media posts, 2 AI images, or use over 25 AI credits. If you believe WriteRush may not be the right fit for you, please avoid exceeding these usage limits.
